A successful Document Processing Manager will:
- Work with employees, clients, and providers to comply with client, company and regulatory standards and requirements
- Maintain and monitor application and document flow
- Communicate changes in regulations, company policy, and procedures
- Ensure timely processing of applications and documents
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team
- Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to Document Management staff
- Conduct meetings with departmental staff
- Attend and participates in regular Management Team meetings
- Maintain and evaluate Quality Improvement and Accuracy
- Monitor employee utilization of work program and tools
- Conduct Performance Feedback
- Team with staff to achieve production goals (work units and overall company)
Requirements
- AA Degree or at least three years equivalent experience
- Must have at least three years supervisory experience
- Must be competent and knowledgeable in credentialing operations policies and procedures
- Must be highly motivated with good communication skills and capable of leadership by example
- Must possess working knowledge of regulatory standards such as NCQA, JCAHO, URAC
- Must possess excellent office and computer skills
This is an exempt level position. This position reports directly to the Operations Director and is responsible for the supervision of other personnel. Typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary is compensable with education and experience.
