Med Advantage is seeking a Verifications Specialist.
This individual will work in a team-oriented office environment providing client services to medical providers by verifying information over the phone, online and using computer software.
90% of the job is communicating with clients via inbound/outbound calls. The candidate must be comfortable sitting at a computer and being on the phone for eight hours a day.
Med Advantage offers business casual attire, a professional office environment, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, holiday and vacation pay, and additional benefits to eligible employees, EOE, DFWP.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:00
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills
- Must type between 35-40 wpm
- Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years of related experience (processing, data entry, customer service)
- High School Diploma
